Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed. fully reserves the right to change, or amend all itineraries on a case by case basis depending on the situation on the ground. will always provide a suitable replacement anything cancelled by us on an itinerary.  With flight, train, ferry and other modes of transport, tickets are subject to availability and price. reserve the right to change mode of transport depending on availability and price.  If for any reason, a client does not complete any portion of their tour, delays the tour due to something unrelated to us or abandons their scheduled tour after departure, will not grant a partial refund, nor shall there be any credit given towards future travel. We cannot be responsible for any expenses/penalties incurred before or after the scheduled trip. This includes, but it not limited to fees incurred due to cancelled or postponed tours.

Full payment of the tour is due 3 days before the scheduled tour. A deposit is due at the time of booking in order to confirm your tour. If a booking is made within 3 days of a scheduled, then full payment is necessary in order to guarantee your placement on a tour. A refund of 90% less transaction costs is available if we are given written notice of cancellation 3 days prior to the scheduled tour. If cancellation takes place within 2 days of the tour, the deposit is non-refundable. For DMZ and JSA (or Combined), there are no refunds at all if cancelled within 3 days before the tour date. If hotels were booked with, then the stricter terms and conditions between the hotel and will apply. If transport was booked with, then the stricter terms and conditions between the transport and will apply. Payments are all in USD unless otherwise specified. reserves the right to pass through transaction fees to the customer wherever applicable. This includes, but not limited to bank wire transfers, PayPal transactions and exchange rate conversions. Bank transfers are often a set fee paid upfront by the customer directly to the rescinding bank. Paypal will charge 3.0% plus a 30 cent fee on most transactions. Should the customer want to pay in currencies other than USD, a predetermined margin from a currency index will be applied by to cover short term currency fluctuations.

You must provide your own valid visa to visit South Korea, otherwise known as the Republic of Korea (ROK). cannot issue you a visa as we are the land operator. You must comply with your respective consulate to make sure you have one before booking a tour with us.  It is the responsibility of all customers, regardless of nationality and destination, to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements. As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure.

JSA Tours of the DMZ:
There are strict rules to enter into the Join Security Area, otherwise known as JSA. As it it run by the UN, they can accept or reject anyone at any time for any reason. Also visas take 3 business days to process in order to receive permission to go to JSA. We cannot be liable for tours that are cancelled by them. We will pass on any refund that has been issued to us. Also you must bring your passport and abide by a dresscode. We will provide an email with more details about this dresscode after the tour is confirmed. There are also strict rules inside JSA and the DMZ. Breaking them could lead to cancellation and expulsion from the DMZ. If you break the rules that are given to you, we cannot issue you a refund.

Travel Insurance:
Medical treatment in Korea is not free, and it is strongly recommended that the customer take out their own travel insurance, AND check with the issuer whether it is valid in the country of the tour. does not provide, nor imply provision of health insurance.

Local Laws:

Customers are required to follow local laws and regulations at all times. In the result of a breach of local law, will not be held in any way responsible.  Customers are required to follow the guidance and company rules of at all times. reserves the right to expel customers from the tour, who do not follow company rules, without refund.
