Payment Policy

A $30 deposit is required to book any tour. Payment can be made using major credit cards via PayPal, a secure site trusted by millions of users. It’s easy to sign up for and can be used to buy tons of other products and services online. The remaining balance can be made when you meet your guide.

If for whatever reason YOU cancel a tour, we can give you a full refund given its within 2 business days of the tour. Half will be returned if cancellation takes place a day before. If you cancel on the day of the tour, unfortunately we cannot return your money as our guides have already made the necessary preparations for your trip. If WE cancel the tour on you, we will give you a full refund. Notifications are based on Korea local time.

But rather than canceling, the first option would be to try and change the date or time to fit everyone’s schedule better.

A 4% charge will be applied to payments made via PayPal. The remainder of the balance can be paid when you meet your guide.

KoreanTourGuide.com may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you if changes to this policy is made. Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.  KoreanTourGuide.com reserves the right to change or amend all its itineraries on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances. We will always provide a suitable replacement anything cancelled on an itinerary.
