Build out efficacy and just do it!

I think most Koreans seek perfection. I’m not saying they are perfectionists but let me explain. If you told a Korean that money is the answer to life, then he will go out there and pursue it. He will invest all he has, resources and time to making more money. If you told a Korean that spirituality is the answer to life, then he will devote his life to prayer and seeking God. Koreans have this extreme culture if taking it to the limit that I’m sure they will be successful in anything they pursue. You have people pursuing well-being in this country, but I’m not sure if its the right definition of well-being. That in turn creates the wrong efficacy for the Korean to grow in. We need to take back the definition of well-being and get people on the right track.
