How Our Private Family Tours Work
Our private 1-day tours are priced by family or group and our Multi-day trips are priced by person.
Each tour includes 1 of our comfortable private van (Hyundai Staria or Kia Carnival) and a dedicated tour guide, designed to accommodate up to 6 people or less. This works well for many family combinations, such as:
-
Two parents and up to four children
-
Three adults traveling together with three children
-
Grandparents traveling with parents and kids
For groups of up to six guests, your tour includes:
-
A private vehicle for your group
-
A professional tour guide with you throughout the day
-
Entrance fees for all included sites (up to six people)
This pricing structure allows families to travel together comfortably, without worrying about individual ticket costs adding up.
If your group is larger than six, or if you’d like to adjust the transportation, itinerary, or overall setup, simply click Get a Quote at the top of the page. We’ll be happy to create a customized plan that fits your family’s needs.
1. Browse & Choose a Tour
Start by browsing our collection of family-friendly private tours.
Each tour page includes:
A detailed itinerary
What’s included
What your family can expect during the experience
You can enjoy the tour exactly as it’s written, or use it as a foundation for something more personalized.
2. Select Your Dates & Group Details
All of our tours are private and can begin on your preferred date.
When requesting or booking a tour, we’ll ask for:
Number of adults and children
Your hotel or accommodation
Preferred meeting location
Desired start time or pacing adjustments
Important notes such as allergies, mobility needs, or family preferences
The more we know, the better we can tailor the tour to your family.
3. Transportation & Meeting Points
Our tours do not include airport pickups or drop-offs.
If needed, airport transfers can be booked separately for the day before or after your tour.
Meeting points are typically at your hotel or a nearby convenient location, which we confirm with you in advance.
4. Customizing Your Tour (Optional)
You’re welcome to take the tour exactly as described on the itinerary.
If you’d like adjustments, you can request a quote.
Common customizations include:
Visiting different locations than those listed
Using your own transportation
Choosing your own hotels on multi-day tours
Adjusting pacing for younger children or seniors
We review all requests carefully to make sure the experience remains comfortable and enjoyable.
5. Meals During the Tour
We always make time for meals.
Day tours: lunch time is built into the schedule
Multi-day tours: breakfast and dinner time are included in the daily flow
Meal costs are paid locally so families can choose what best suits their tastes and dietary needs.
6. Reserving Your Tour
Once you’ve chosen your tour and any customizations, a 20% deposit is required to reserve your booking.
The remaining balance can be paid anytime before your tour begins
The deposit secures your date, guide, and planning time
7. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change.
1-day tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts
Multi-day tours: free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour starts
All details are clearly confirmed before payment.
