After spending five years immersing himself in the role of a tour guide, Rob gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of delivering exceptional experiences.
Today, Rob focuses on overseeing and managing the business, though he occasionally steps away from his executive duties to lead tours personally. Known affectionately as "Uncle Rob" by his loyal clients, he remains deeply committed to showcasing Korea's rich cultural landscape. Rob’s philosophy is simple yet profound: the primary distinction between tourists and locals exploring Korea should be the presence of a skilled tour guide.
