You are allowed to request for trip cancellation at least 24 hours prior to 12:00 am local time of the activity date by our sellers. All DMZ tours require 72 hours. All cancellation requests shall be reviewed by our sellers and the purchaser will be informed of the outcome by email. An approved cancellation request shall incur a processing fee of 20% of the total booking value. Late cancellation requests are considered a “no-show” and will incur full booking charges.
Refunds vary depending on what services were requested, if customized services were additionally requested and/or if 3rd party vendors were used to confirm the original booking. Refunds arising from any amendment or cancellation request shall be informed by messaging directly to the KoreanTourGuide. Fund transfer will be processed within seven (07) business days from the email date.
